Before 1994 all Georgia Real Estate Agents represented the Sellers with every agent negotiating every contract with the Seller’s best interests foremost. The real estate laws in Georgia changed to allow Buyer Brokerage giving buyers the right to choose legal representation. In July, 2000, the Georgia Real Estate Laws changed again: A Real Estate Agent is prohibited from representing a Buyer as a client without first entering into a written agreement. If you choose me as your Buyer's Agent, your personal advocate in the purchase of your new home, you will have an advantage.  As a Buyer's Agent, I am completely committed to protecting the best interests of my client, you - the Buyer.  During the entire process I will be working solely for you - the Buyer - in finding, purchasing, financing, and closing the transaction.
