It is always wonderful to be able to work close to home, and I live in the Collins Hill area.  My daughter was a member of the first Collins Hill freshman class and my son started at the new Walnut Grove Elementary School that same year, 1994.  My grandson graduated Collins Hill in 2020, YEAH!  Living and working here for decades gives me increased understanding of the area, including each subdivision's personality, style of home, HOA/POA affiliation and more.   Whether you are moving forward this year or at a later time, it is not too early to start a real estate conversation with your Local Realtor.  

Sellers -- The current real estate market can be confusing.  Some houses get 20+ offers.  There are reasons for this.  Whatever the condition of the current estate market,  I have experience to help you market your unique property to achieve the highest possible sales price with an understanding of what is going on throughout th process.  You will know what to expect, and there should be no surprises.  Would love to have the opportunity to talk with you about your personal real estate goals and what might be the best time to move forward.  Traditional investors are still purchasing homes, and the new I-buyer programs are growing, subdivisions are healthy.

My mental inventory of this specific geographical area, including detailed knowledge of the subdivisions, traffic patterns, school bus routes, etc., enables finding exactly what you want is easier. Distressed Sellers are still around but are often hidden.
