Real estate is healthy, but some subdivision and price points are selling faster and better than others. Today's home buyers prefer homes in move-in condition even more than before, but with the low inventory a home in any condition that is properly priced and advertised will receive a good offer. Some buyers are willing to buy a fixer-upper and investors are paying closer to market value and sometimes allow lease back provisions. I-Buyers are often making good offers.
The rollar coaster ride of today's real estate continues.
This local Sellers Market will probably be here for years, but the elevated values are expected to level off. If you want me to look at the absorption report for your particular type of property and make an educated guess about the best time to put your home on the market, please let me know.
Whether you want to sell now, after school starts back, during the Holidays (oh no, already talking about winter holidays?) or you just want information -- please contact me.
C&BW.....Past clients had rented out their former primary residence waiting for the market to improve. This was a good decision resulting in a successful, fast sale at a profitable price. If it is not the best time for you to sell your property, I will help you navigate your other options.
W&BF....Past clients --Selling a 1 year old occupied home in a subdivision with new construction at lower prices was worrisome, but we were successful and sellers made a fair profit.
