Real estate is healthy, but some subdivision and price points are selling faster and better than others.  Today's home buyers prefer homes in move-in condition even more than before, but with the low inventory a home in any condition that is properly priced and advertised will receive a good offer.  Some buyers are willing to buy a fixer-upper and investors are paying closer to market value and sometimes allow lease back provisions.  I-Buyers are often making good offers.
